What kind of instructor am I?
Some of you might be curious regarding my performance as an instructor.
Here are some of the comments of my past students.
On the bad side,
- Sometimes it is boring, some topics are very dull
- Presentation of the subject is sometimes too fast

- Does not return exam/quizzes paper on time
- Monotonous voice
- Very long coverage of exam
- Give project requirements early so they can also have enough time to prepare
- Policy on attendance and quizzes are unfair
- Return the results of exam earlier
- Details on the requirements are not explained well, making it hard for the students to do the requirements
- More clarity on the discussions
- Make the discussion clearer; provide more samples
- Be approachable
- Time is not used appropriately
- Too many topics, unclear presentation
- Discussion is too fast, students find it hard to cope
- Talks fast
- Explain more clearly
On the good side,
- Maraming scope, maraming matututunan
- Delivery, time
- It's like working in a company
- He shares his knowldge and past experiences regarding topics
- Natutunan namin maging professional at maranasan ang mga magiging posible jobs outside the academe
- Natutu kami mag meating lagi at masaya mag team building
- Alam nya ang tinuturo nya
- Oh, paano ba yan?Mukhang mag eextend ka pa sa pagtuturo, Sir, frens tayo ha
- Interesting yet boring
- clear, comprehensive, organized
- Fun, challenging
- Lively, enthusiatic, dynamic

These comments were made by my students during student evaluation. I always wonder, WHY AM I STILL HERE?TEACHING.Maybe I just need to find a new job.=)
